By accessing or using the services of Mage Wallet, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible in your jurisdiction to use digital asset services

2. Wallet Use
Mage Wallet provides a self-custodial crypto wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your passwords, and devices. Mage Wallet does not store user credentials.

3. No Custodial Services
Mage Wallet does not hold or manage funds on behalf of users. All crypto assets remain under your direct control.

4. USDX & Staking
Staking is only available via USDX - our internal utility stablecoin. Mage Wallet does not guarantee profits, and staking involves inherent blockchain risks.

5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Users may not use Mage Wallet services for:
- Money laundering or terrorism financing
- Fraud or market manipulation
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
5.2 The creation of multiple accounts by a single Investor is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be deleted, and all associated funds will be frozen without notice.
5.3 Abuse of the affiliate system, including self-referral or creating fake accounts for bonus exploitation, is strictly forbidden. Detected abuse will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances involved.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mage Wallet is not liable for losses due to user error, smart contract risk, third-party hacks, or market volatility.

7. Jurisdiction
All services are operated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singaporean courts.

8. Payout Obligations
Mage Wallet guarantees the fulfillment of all payouts strictly in accordance with the rules defined in this document and related regulations.

9. Third-Party Payment Systems
Mage Wallet is not responsible for any technical failures or disruptions in third-party payment systems used by the Investor for depositing or withdrawing funds.

10. Irreversibility of Transactions
Every transaction initiated by the Investor is considered final and non-refundable.

11. User Responsibility
Mage Wallet is not liable for any losses caused by incorrect actions or mistakes made by the Investor. Compensation in such cases is not provided.

12. Intellectual Property
All content and tools published on the Mage Wallet website are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or use on external platforms is strictly prohibited.
